Purchasing Tables and Tickets

BIASeal4You can support archaeological research, education, outreach, advocacy, excavation, and preservation during one of the most important fundraising times of the year! Past benefit
contributors enabled the Archaeological Institute of America to provide over one million dollars of critical support to the field of archaeology. We hope that you will support this meaningful and imperative mission by attending the archaeologically-themed event.  The Benefit Evening will take place on April 21, 2015, at Three Sixty located at 10 Desbrosses Street in New York City. Please use the links to purchase tables and individual tickets.

Tables

Tables at the event will be named after archaeological sites that have received AIA Site Preservation and Cotsen Excavation Grants. You will be able to choose the name of your table(s) during checkout or if you prefer we would be delighted to choose a fantastic table for you. To learn more about these sites, please click here.

Grantmaker Tables: $20,000 ($18,200 of your table price is tax deductible)
VIP table for ten at dinner, prominently situated; logo on the step and repeat (for companies/organizations); full-page color message in the Gala Program (for companies/organizations); two Archaeological Field School Scholarships for students attending a summer 2015 field school will be named in your honor; acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Principal Event Supporters Circle; logo or name listed in the Archaeology magazine Benefit Evening supporter acknowledgement advertisement.

Benefactor Tables: $12,000 ($10,200 of your table price is tax deductible)
Premiere table for ten at dinner; half-page advertisement (for companies/organizations) in the Benefit Evening Program; acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Benefactors Circle; logo or name listed in the Archaeology magazine Benefit Evening supporter acknowledgement advertisement.

Supporter Tables: $8,000 ($6,200 of your table price is tax deductible)
Prime table for ten at dinner; acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Supporter Circle and in the evening program.

Tickets

Tables at the event will be named after archaeological sites that have received AIA Site Preservation and Cotsen Excavation Grants. When purchasing your tickets you will be able to choose the name of the site that you would like to be seated at or if you prefer we would be delighted to choose a great table for you. A Grantmaker’s Ticket: $1,000 ($820 of your ticket price is tax deductible)
VIP seat, prominently situated. Guests who purchase a Grantmaker’s Ticket will be acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Principal Event Supporters Circle and in the evening program.

A Benefactor’s Ticket: $750 ($570 of your ticket price is tax deductible)
Will be acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Benefactor Circle.

A Supporter’s Ticket: $500 ($320 of your ticket price is tax deductible)
Will be acknowledged on the AIA Saving Ancient Places Benefit Evening website in the Supporter Circle.

A Scholar’s Ticket: $350 ($170 of your ticket price is tax deductible)
Discounted ticket is offered to each first-time Benefit Evening attendee who is a current professor, student or other professional member. Excludes current members of the Governing Board.

Donations

You can also make a donation in lieu of attendance or in honor of a special individual, which is a fully tax-deductible contribution and will support the AIA’s mission and programs.
